wanted to know if anyone has used this with jaws 11, and if it is in fact, accessible. I am trying to use it for a position where I would need to make and receive calls using google voice since it's free. If it isn't accessible, is there another way that is free to make and receive calls on the computer.

I found signing up for an account only partially accessible. I had to have someone click some of the items. I have not found a way to make calls from the browser. That does not seem to be accessible to Jaws. I got the account because I need a second number for where I work. I use the Iphone app so I can call from that number. That's all I have here.

See Qwitter
http://qwitter-client.net they have an interface to the Google Voice API.
Qwitter is a Twitter client but you don't have to set up Twitter if you don't want. It's basically got an extremely minimalist visual UI - or no UI at all in many places - but it works really well for many things.
I have not tried Google Voice as my employer uses Skype.
